Welcome to MonLuxe!

MonLuxe offers you a luxury handbag rental service in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.

By browsing our website you will notice that our bags and jewelry are from the most prestigious brands and designers and are at a fairly studied price.

For each bag or jewelry, a rate "member" and "non-member". To do this you must add the cost of return shipping (which includes insurance):

• 40 euros everywhere in Europe.

NEW : rent a jewelry with your bag !

You can also rent an evening bag for a weekend. The order must be placed before 12:00 on Thursday, for delivery on Friday. The bag must then be returned on Monday morning. If you order a bag at the "weekend" rate before Thursday, the "week" rate will apply. Please contact us to know the exact.


IMPORTANT ! :

We require a copy of the credit card that was used, proof of address and identification (ID card or passport) once the order is paid online ! All orders are final.

These documents must be scanned and sent by mail to serviceclient@sacdeluxe.fr in 24 hours! After this time limit, we will cancel the order and no refund will be given!

Once your application is complete, you order will be sent.

It's easy: you only pay for bags or jewelry that you are currently renting.

• To satisfy you. If the bag of your dreams is already rented out, add yourself on the waiting list and you will be notified by (e) mail the day the bag returns ;

You can become a member of www.sacdeluxe.fr and www.sacdeluxe.be by a monthly subscription.

The customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 18:00 p.m. on the phone or by mail.

The main services offered to members of SacDeLuxe (partial list):

SacDeLuxe offers 3 subscriptions to rent handbags and jewelry:

• 3 months: 24 euros, or 8 euros per month;

• 6 months: 36 euros, 6 euros per month;

• 12 months: 48 euros, 4 euros per month.

Being a member is entitled to exclusive benefits such as (partial list):

• Preferential rates from the first rental or jewelry ;

• Priority on waiting lists for all items during the rental period;

• Exclusive access to VIP sales of our bags and jewelry. Members have access to their private space invisible to a non-member;

• The very easy reservation and payment. No need to enter your bank information on the Internet for each order anymore and therefore less risk of piracy;

• A subscription to our newsletter SacDeLuxe.
  

  Delivery:

  Shipments are insured by independent contractors.
  
  A "transportation insurance" required in case of loss during the trip (return) is included in the price. The price displayed is shipment price of the bag. The parcel is sent by priority mail with a signature required upon receipt.
  
  The deadline for delivery in France, Benelux, Italy, Uk, Spain, Germany is 24 hours/48 hours if ordered before 12h00.
  
  To return the bag, a pre-paid voucher is provided. Customer service informs you of the good reception of your bag by sending an email.
  

  Payment:

  Any payment must be made exclusively by CREDIT CARD: Visa, Master Card. (For rental bags we do not accept debit cards or prepaid cards!). An administration fee of 35 € will be charged if a refund is requested!

  Authenticity:

  All our bags and jewelry are 100% authentic.
