1-Why is it advantageous to become a member ?
Because by being a member on our website you get preferential rates on every rentals. You are also the first to be notified on our good deals , or second-hand bags sales.
2-Why is there a different rental price for every bag or jewelry ?
Our prices are fairly studied so that our clients only pay for the bag or jewelry they want. The is no hidden taxes, each bag has its price so you know exactly how much your rental will cost you. No bad surprises !
3-Why don’t you do packages ?
We think that « packages » are not a good deal. If you don’t find the bag you’re looking for, you shouldn’t have to pay for a package you don ‘t use. Therefore we adopted a clear rating system, with fixed shipment rates, an optional membership and a clear rate for every bag.
4-Are the bags authentic ?
MonLuxe undertakes to put on its website bags to rent or for sale that only come from luxury brands therefore they are 110% authentic.
5-In what conditions are the bags ?
MonLuxe undertakes to offer you a perfect service. Therefore we lookout for each one of your bags or jewelry rental to be new and in a perfect condition. Between each rental the bag or jewelry is cleaned for you. Each bag that needs fixing or cleaning is treated by a workshop specialised in luxury handbags. We kindly ask our customer to take good care of the hired bag so it can be returned in a perfect condition. Make sure you use a little bag to put your pens or make-up in so you avoid any problems of spots in the bag. No product should be used on the inside or outside of the bag. A factsheet is printed twice for you. When you receive the bag, read the sheet carefully. You then have 24h00 to protest or aware us of any anormalities. After this deadline request will not be taken in account. You will be responsible for any deterioration. The costs for any bag or jewelry that needs fixing or cleaning will be billed to you.
6-How many bags can I rent ?
It is possible to rent all year long as many bags as you want and for how long you want. Once your bag has returned to us, you can then pick another one ! Indeed, you can’t rent more than one bag at a time.
7-How are the bags delivered to me ?
The packages arrive by transporter against signature. Make sure that you receive the bag personally because once the bag is delivered to the address you are responsible for it. When you first order, a copy of your ID or passport and address justification is required to valid your order You can send those by email to : serviceclient@sacdeluxe.fr. The more you will wait, you will lose rental days. Once the bag has been sent to you, you should keep the box in which it has been delivered, you will need to use it for the return shipment, as well as the dustbag and the SacDeLuxe protective bag. All these items need to be sent back with the bag or else they will be billed to you.
8-How long can I rent a bag for ?
You can rent a bag for 3, 7 or 30 days depending on how long you want the bag for.
9-Can I chose a delivery address other than mine ?
Yes. For security reasons you need to personally sign a document when you receive the bag or when you go and get it from the post office. Do not forget that you are responsible in case the bag gets lost or stolen. To give us the other delivery address please go to « My account » then click « other delivery address ». We will use this address for all your next orders so please make sure it is still valid whenever your order on our website. The address needs to be complete : the building, entrance code, floor and the address need to be mentioned, aswell as your mobile number to avoid any delay in the delivery. SacDeLuxe will not be responsible for any late deliveries caused by a wrong address.
10-How do we have to return you the bag or the jewelry ?
It is very easy. You need to return the rented bag in its original wrapping (box) or in the return shipment enveloppe. The bag needs to be put in its dustbag with all the accesories, and the jewelry needs to be put in its little box, then in its little dustbag. It is important to put enough tape on the package so it does not open during its journey back to us. You then have 3 options : - You have a prepaid shipment form Chronopost, and you must drop the package at the closest post office ; - You have a prepaid shipment form from DHL, you then need to contact DHL services. The number is on the back of your factsheet ; For any returns with tranporters, it is very important that you keep the receipt of the post office or the proof that you’ve given the bag to the transporter from your home or work. In case we receive the delivery with a delay, these documents will be asked from us.
11-How much does the delivery cost ?
All our rates depend on the companies we use. For now, it is fixed at 15 euros shipment /return fr France and the whole of Europe. No last minute taxes to pay, easy !
12-What are the deliveries deadlines ?
Within 24 hours in France, and Benelux, if the order is placed and validated before 2 pm.
13-Is there a minimum commitment time for the subscription ?
The minimum commitment time for a subscription is 3 months, the validity starts running from the moment you pay it. Feel free to renew your membership once it is close to the end if you want to continue to benefit our members rates.
14-How do I stop my membership ?
The subscription lasts 3,6 or 12 months, when that period iso ver, the membership stops automatically.
15-Can I become a memver is live outside of France ?
This handbag rental service is provided in France, Italy, The UK, Portugal, Spain, Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and in Switzerland.
16-What happens if the bag is returned with spots or damaged?
The responsibility of our clients may be liable for any loss, theft or damage, as mentioned in our terms.
17-What do I have to do if something goes wrong ?
In case of problems, contact us immediately by email (to SOS@sacdeluxe.fr) or by telephone (to 09 77 45 91 11) and refer to our Terms and Conditions.
18-What happens if I want to keep the bag I'm renting?
You can request an extension to our customer service via email to ServiceClient@sacdeluxe.fr who will contact you to make a proposal if it is possible.
19-Can I apply to rent a bag that is not present on the site?
Yes of course! It is our vocation. You can send us an email at serviceclient@sacdeluxe.fr and we'll do our best to add the bag of your dreams in our collection.
20-What happens if I forget my password ?
You simply click on "lost password" link under the login space. You will then receive your password via email.
21-What means of payment are accepted ?
We only accept major credit cards: Visa, Master card ...
22-Is the payment secure ?
The payment is a 100 % secure . Once your item is selected and the order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the bank’s website. It will then ask you to please enter your bank details before confirming your payment.
23-Do my personal data remain confidential?
Yes, your personal information remains confidential under the law.
24-How do I buy second-hand bags ?
You are renting a bag that you want to buy, get in touch with our customer service and we will make you an offer if possible. In addition, we organize two to three times a year "flash sales" for a short period of time. They are reserved for customers who subscribed to a membership. In the part sale of the site, a space reserved for them: space "VIP". For information, a newsletter is sent a few days days before the opening of this event.
25-How can I make a gift voucher ?
Simply click on the "gift" window at the top of the homepage of the site and fill in the amount box and the information about the gift recipient. You can then complete your order. Once you're on the page "summary of your order, you can in the little window" note ", indicate whether you prefer to receive the gift voucher by mail. You can also leave a personal message to send with the gift. Otherwise, the recipient receives mail with the gift amount and your name. Access codes and voucher code are sent by mail for more security.
26-I am a member and can not rent the bag or jewelry I want ?
MonLuxe Customer Service is at your disposal to satisfy all your desires. We will do our best so that you can rent this bag or jewelry! However, we recommend you register on the waiting list for this purpose. Once the bag or jewel is returned by the last customer, an email will immediately be sent to inform you of his layoff. You will just need to login to the website!
27-How can I book a bag or jewelry ?
We take care of satisfying all our customers, so we did not see the purpose to create a booking system. As soon as you are payed your order online, the rental of the bag or jewel begins: we take care to send off the package for you to receive it within 24 hours. Book a bag or a jewelry unavailable is complicated since the customer who rents an item may decide to extend its lease. The client has priority unless the waiting list is too important. We recommend you to sign up on our "waiting list": once the jewelry or bag is returned, an email will be sent automatically to allow you to place your order online. However, clients who have subscribed to our membership can ask to be contacted primarily by our customer service when one of the bags returns.
28-Can I extend the rental of my purse or my jewelry?
A few days before the term of your lease, we send you an email to remind you how to return the handbag or jewelry. That's when you need us to ask us an extension. If not a daily late fee will be charged. An email needs to be sent to Serviceclient@sacdeluxe.fr with the duration of your extension. For any extension, the going rate is the one which corresponds to a new lease period. For example, if you rented a bag 2 weeks and then decide to rent another 2 weeks, the rate will correspond to 2 weeks rent and not to 1 month (by removing the amount for two weeks already settled ). We do not take into account the previous lease for the calculation of an extended lease.
29-How does the weekend rental work ?
The handbags rental service we offer is meant to be very flexible. So we thought of those who want to try a bag for a specific event. The "weekend"location begins Friday and ends Monday. You enjoy the bag for 3 days. As there is no reservation, the order must be placed on Thursday or Friday. But if you fear that your favorite bag gets rented in the meantime, we recommend you go for a longer period. If you live outside of Paris, you will need place your order on the website before 13:00 on Thursday and Monday morning you will have to return the bag following the procedure listed on the back of the invoice. But it is also possible to consider a weekend rental, which could begin Monday or Tuesday and that would end three days later. But no return of bag can be done on a Saturday or Sunday.
